Description

• Conduct site surveys using various data collection methods

• Produce project specific as-built drawings as scheduled

• Proficient in basic construction methodology

• Proficient in identification and documentation of typical residential and commercial mechanical, electric and plumbing systems

• Ability to read construction documents

• Ability to work with little direction, maintain project schedule and complete designated phase of work on time and within budget established

• Flexible schedule

• Ability to travel

Experience

• Experience using laser scanners and instruments

• Expert in architectural drawing software: AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and Civil 3d

• Familiar with point cloud soаware and processing

• 1 year site survey experience required

• Must have good transportation

Description

• Full-time CAD/BIM Technician with solid Auto CAD and Revit skill

• Create client specific drawing templates utilizing Auto CAD and/or BIM software

• Daily task include generating as-built documentation

• Perform quality assurance on survey and construction drawings

• Extreme attention to detail

• Ability to work with little direction, maintain project schedule and complete designated phase of work on time and within budget established.

Experience

• Knowledge of architectural plans and building systems

• Expert in architectural drawing software: AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and Civil 3d

• Familiar with drawing from point cloud

• 1 year working specifically on construction documents

• 3 years drawing and 3d modeling experience

• Must have good transportation
